We want you to feel the difference. If you’re not satisfied with your SENTIA purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • the return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • product must be unused and unopened (safety requirement for supplements)

Opened products

Because supplements are ingestible and subject to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

If you experienced an issue (damage, defect, or something clearly wrong), contact us—we’ll review and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to:

Exchanges

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., check back soon - international options may be added.

Order tracking

Incorrect address / returned shipments

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, SOULYRA is not responsible for theft or loss. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help you file a carrier claim and explore next steps.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • photos of the box + product(s)

    We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
